Working with Denizen Development we designed these two 3,300 sf homes to take advantage of their sloping site and the territorial view from the rear of the home
An open main level living space is connected via a light filled stair to upper level bedrooms and a lower level recreation room with an adjacent guest suite. The design is modern and clean. The two houses have the same plans but subtle differences in façade composition. They relate but are distinct homes.
