This 4,100 sf high-end residence was designed to take advantage of a sweeping view from the upper levels.
To this end the great room living space was located on the top floor for the best views and for convenient access to a large roof deck providing expansive outdoor living. A partial basement contains a large family room and a private guest suite. The middle bedroom level is set up for privacy and light. We wanted a design that related to older homes in the neighborhood but provided a distinctly modern look.
